Chicken and Seafood Paella






Ingredients

Meat
  • 4 Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 Chorizo sausages
Seafood
  • 1 lb Clams scrubbed
  • 1 lb Mussels scrubbed
Produce
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon cut into lemon, wedges
  • 1 Onion, large
  • 1 Parsley, fresh
  • 1 14 oz can Tomatoes 398 ml, fire roasted
Canned Goods
  • 4 cups Vegetable or chicken broth
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce such as tabasco or sriracha
Pasta & Grains
  • 1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tsp Paprika, smoked
  • 1 tsp Saffron
  • 1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
Other
  • 1 lb Large shrimp shelled and deveined but keep tails on
