  • 2 lb Side of salmon, boneless and skinless

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh leaves
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/3 cup Mustard, whole grain
Baking & Spices
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika, smoked
