  • 8 oz Tofu, extra-firm

  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Palm sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 Red pepper flakes
