This is a super easy recipe for Italian Sausage and Pepper

Ingredients

• 1 lb Italian premio sausage, sweet or spicy

Produce

• 1 tsp Basil, dry
• 2 tsp Garlic
• 1 Green bell pepper
• 2 Idaho potatoes
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 Red bell pepper
• 2 Sweet onions, medium
• 1 Yellow bell pepper

Baking & Spices

• 1 Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Red peppers
• 1 Salt

Oils & Vinegars

• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1/4 cup Vegetable oil

Bread & Baked Goods

• 1 Your choice of crusty rolls
