This is a favorite of Louisiana.It's not a "BBQ" in the traditional sense, but herbed shrimp.





Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Basil, dried
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 tsp Rosemary, dried
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 loaf Bread, crusty fresh
Dairy
  • 2 sticks Butter, real
