This Jambalaya Soup recipe can be made with shrimp, chicken, Andouille sausage — or all three! It’s easy to make, and so hearty and delicious.



Ingredients
∙ Serves 8-10
Meat
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage
  • 2 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
Seafood
  • 1 lb Shrimp, raw
Produce
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 Celery, ribs
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1 (28 ounce) canTomatoes
  • 1 White onion, small
Canned Goods
  • 6 cups Chicken stock
Pasta & Grains
  • 1 cup White or brown rice
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
