Beef Teriyaki and Vegetables

Ingredients:                                                                                                                                                            Meat:
6 oz     Sirloin tip steak sliced thinly against the grain into
                                                                                                                                Produce:
4 oz     Bell peppers, mixed sweet yellow and/or orange red
1 cup     Carrots, very thin
3     Mushrooms, medium
2     Scallions diced (whites and greens separate)
1 cup     Snow peas
                                                                                                                                                    

Condiments:                                                                                                                            Teriyaki sauce
                                                                                                                                  Pasta & Grains:
1/3 cup     Brown rice, dry short grain
                                                                                                                                     Baking & Spices:
1 tsp     Corn starch
1 Small pinch     Red pepper flakes
                                                                                                                                    Oils & Vinegars:
3 tsp     Vegetable oil
                                                                                                                                         Liquids:
3/4 cup     Water
