homemade spring rolls and tangy





Ingredients
∙ Makes 18-20 spring rolls
Meat
  • 8 oz Pork loin
Produce
  • 1 cup Bamboo shoots
  • 10 Black or shiitake mushrooms, dried
  • 2 Carrots, julienned (about 1 cup), medium
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Napa cabbage, julienned (about 6 cups), small
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce, light
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 9 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1 White pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 Canola
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 package 8" square spring roll wrappers
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 4 tsp Shaoxing wine
Liquids
  • 2 tsp Water, hot
