Recipe Gordon Ramsay's butter chicken




Ingredients

  • 3 boneless and skinless cut into 4cm pieces 800g chicken thighs
Produce
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli, hot powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli, hot powder, or to taste
  • 1 tsp Coriander, ground
  • 1 tbsp Coriander
  • 4 Garlic clove
  • 4 cm Ginger
  • 275 ml Tomato, pure
Condiments
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1 Cardamom pod
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt, fine
  • 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin, ground
Dairy
  • 40 g Butter, unsalted
  • 100 ml Double cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • 75 ml Yoghurt, natural
