A simple recipe for vegan croquettes with spinach, which are crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside.

  • 75 g Flour
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 Coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 135 g Bread crumbs
Dairy
  • 400 ml Plant-based milk, unsweetened
  • 250 ml Plant-based milk
