  • 2 cups Spanish rice or short grain rice

  • 1/2 tsp Aloppo pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 tsp Spanish paprika, Sweet
  • 2 large pinchesSpanish saffron threads
