  • 58 oz Tomato, fire roasted

  • 6 cup Chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Pasta & Grains
  • 16 oz Mafalda or fusilli pasta
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
Dairy
  • 2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 oz Ricotta
