This New England clambake, made with clams, lobster, Old Bay, sweet corn, and potatoes, is a summer classic. Easy to make at home.



Ingredients
∙ Serves 4
Seafood
  • 2 (1 1/2 to 2 pound) lobsters
  • 24 Manila clams
Produce
  • 1/4 4 ears fresh corn, fresh
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 6 Lemons, wedges
  • 2 lbs Potatoes, new
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Small bunchTarragon or flat-leaf parsley
Baking & Spices
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Old bay seasoning, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tsp Sea salt, coarse
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 Bread, Crusty
Dairy
  • 8 oz 2 sticks unsalted butter, unsalted
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 2 cups White wine, dry
Liquids
  • 1 cup Water
