With a sprinkle of pleasantness and a hint of flavor, this fast hamburger and noodle sautƩed food can be on the table in a matter of moments. Green it up with crunchy broccolini and bean sprouts, then, at that point, finish it with a red hot stew sambal.




INGREDIENTS

600g rump steak, thinly sliced into strips
2 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
400g flat rice noodles
1 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 bunch spring onions, white and pale green part chopped, dark green sliced
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 bunch broccolini, halved lengthways
1 cup bean sprouts
Sambal oelek (chilli paste), to serve



METHOD

1. Heat a huge wok over high intensity. Consolidate the meat with a portion of the soy sauce, then pan sear for 3-4 minutes until gently singed. Move to a plate.

2. Add noodles to the wok with outstanding soy sauce and pan fried food for 1-2 minutes until daintily burned. Add oils and hacked spring onion, then pan sear briefly. Add fish sauce, 2 tbs water and broccolini, then, at that point, cook for a further 2-3 minutes until delicate.

3. Return the meat and any resting juices to the wok and throw to warm through. Present with bean sprouts, cut spring onion and sambal oelek.
