  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 10 oz Mushrooms (mixed or white or cremini)
  • 1/2 Onion, medium
  • 1 Potato, large small
  • 1 cup Spinach or greens
Refrigerated
  • 2 tbsp Non dairy milk
Canned Goods
  • 1/4 cup Brandy or whiskey or red wine or use broth
  • 2 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup Water or broth
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch or arrowroot starch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
Other
  • 3/4 tsp Dried thyme or 1 tbsp fresh
